Returns
If you have received a damaged product, your order is missing parts, or you wish to return it, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return or report any issues.
You can request the cancellation of your entire order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please send an email to info@kauara.es as soon as possible.
The refund will be processed once the product conditions have been validated and verified. We will use the same payment method you selected when making the purchase, and this process can take between 3 and 14 business days.
If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us.
After confirming your order, certain changes may not be possible. However, we recommend that you contact us here so that we can try to find a solution.
Once the order has been delivered, it is not possible to modify it. However, you can manage the return from your customer account and place a new order with the products you want.
